Slim 20: Reset to Default Settings - Fix Connection Issues

1. In your phone’s Bluetooth settings, find “Back Bay Slim 20” and click “Forget this Device” or “Unpair”
2. With the earbuds in the case, press and hold the button in between the earbuds for 8 full seconds until you see a light flash on the earbuds
3. Close the case for 5 seconds
4. Open the case and remove the earbuds. You should see “Back Bay Slim 20” in your phone’s Bluetooth menu

If you don’t see it in your Bluetooth menu, turn your phone’s Bluetooth off and on again.
