SilkSound: Reset to Default Settings - Fix Connection Issues

  1. In your phone’s Bluetooth settings, find “Back Bay SleepSound” and select “Forget this Device” or “Unpair”
  2. Power off the headband by holding the middle ► button
  3. Power back on. The headband will re-enter pairing mode
  4. Choose “Back Bay SleepSound” in your Bluetooth menu

If you don’t see it in your Bluetooth menu, turn your phone’s Bluetooth off and on again.
